Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Of course! Our graphics are high resolution, and we try to present our fashions as true to color and detail as possible. What you see is what you get... no substitutions.

What is the best size for me personally?

You can judge your best fit by measuring certain key areas of your body. Each product page has a button to click, linking you to a size chart. Shoulder &  bust measurements are generally the most important. If those areas fit well, then usually the rest of the garment drapes and forms nicely to your body. It is important to understand that Cover Me actiwear is produced in stretch fabrics for better comfort- this also allows for a greater range of fit capabilities within each size.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I check on the status of my order?

To easily understand the status of your order, go to the 'MY Account' menu at the top of the page and select the dropdown menu topic that will help you.

Where do you ship orders from?

Depending upon the 'ship to' location, shipments are made internationally from either Israel or the USA. Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 days, and travel time is 7-10 days on average. All shipments are tracked.

How can I return an item?

Regarding returns.... It is important to realize that returns are costly to both you and us. Most often returns/exchanges are due to fit issues- so we encourage you to refer to the size charts to confirm your best size.

We maintain a very specific 'return policy' and, in general terms, returns are accepted when you have a return authorization from us- essentially for damaged or flawed merchandise (note that we quality check every item 3 times before shipping).

Exchanges for a different size is usually acceptable based upon available inventory.

Returns must be made within a certain time frame from receipt of the item.
